[opencms-dev] Sibling and directories problem

Hi,

I created a folder which is called "link0" and created a siblink to this 
folder which is called "link1". Then i created a new page in "link0" but this 
page is not showing up in "link1". 
How could that be?
The page should be accessable in two languages and people should only create 
one file in "link0" which has the locale "de", "link1" has the locale "en" 
and the file should be located there too.
Or is there a better possibility to do this?
