[opencms-dev] module doesn't appear in system/modules

And if you add the directory yourself, make sure to tell the module that
this directory is part of the module. You do that by going to the Module
Management->Edit Module  (click on the module name or the edit module button
next to the appropriate module)-> Module Resources and adding the directory
there.

I am working on updating the book, BTW.
