[opencms-dev] listing files (non-nav elements) in a folder?

So I've been trying to work out how to get a count of XML files  
inside a given folder in the VFS...

These aren't items that are normally added to the navigation, so  
getNavigationForFolder isn't really right.

Suggestions?
