[opencms-dev] 6.0.3->6.0.4 - what is the smoothest way to upgrade?

What's not clear from the release notes: if you already have 6.0.2 or
6.0.3 is it necessary to run the update wizard? Can JAR files be
copied instead. The release notes hints at that, but does not
elaborate.
