[opencms-dev] upload-problem in 5.0.1

Hi,
 
we have a problem with uploading files in OpenCms 5.0.1. When I try to upload a _NEW_ file of e.g. 20 MB the system loads it, let me choose the mime-type an then says:" the file already exists, do you want to overwrite?" an then it doesn't work.
 
Do you have an idea?,
 
An yes, we set max_allowed_packet in my.cnf to 64MB
we use Tomcat 5.5 an Mysql 4.1
