Nigel,

What I have done for one on my installations, is that I've defined a
second site, which is not accessible through the online projekt and I
move old news articles to this site.

Kind Regards,
Arash

Subject: [opencms-dev] Viewing 'expired' articles?

I'm wondering if there is any way we can retrieve 'expired' XML
content so that we could list it on an archive page?

Or would the better way to do this be to define our own 'go-live' and
'archive-date' properties, and then check those values when building
the normal news and archived news pages?
