[opencms-dev] Problem with Installation

Hi:  
 
I am having difficulty installing OpenCMS.  I hope someone can help.
 
I am using: 
 
JDK 1.5.0_01   
Operating system: Windows XP 5.1   
Servlet engine: Apache Tomcat/5.0.28   
Unpacked WAR file: yes   
XML Parser: Xerces-J 2.6.2 
MySql 4.1
opencms 6.0.4

I am able to install the opencms web application and the installation proceeds fine until I reach the Import Modules dialog.  The dialogs import OK until a certain point when the application freezes.
 
In the setup.log file I see the same Exception (reproduced below) repeated as in an endless loop.
 
any suggestions?
