[opencms-dev] Unable to initialise OpenCms

Hi,

When I try:

CmsObject cms = OpenCms.initCmsObject((new
CmsDefaultUsers()).getUserGuest());

I get a null pointer exception.

I have noticed that :

OpenCms.getRunLevel();

Only gives level 1.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?
