There are a couple of places in the locale-dependent property files where
the are date formats (specifically for the calendar pop up).

What I've done for a unsupported locale (and in my danish translation as
well) is to change the date format related properties in:

/system/workplace/locales/??/messages/org/opencms/workplace/messages_??.prop
erties
/system/workplace/locales/??/messages/org/opencms/workplace/workplace_??.pro
perties

That did the trick (in 6.0.0, haven't tested it against 6.0.4)
