[opencms-dev] Direct edit

Still i am not able to get the preferences setting
from the workplace.

WHen the workplace is active i am able to get it from
the preferences. But if workplace is not active

when i read the cmsusersettings it is coming default
project setting not the preference project setting can
anybody help me. I want to make the direct edit
dynamic through preference setting.
