[opencms-dev] Default external link target: new window

Hi,

is there a way to set the link target for external links in external
link galleries to "new window" by default? Currently our editors have to
set it for every link they are inserting, since the default is "same
window".

I just found that post at the opencms bugzilla
(http://www.opencms.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=57), but I couldn't
find any "function" Alexander is talking of:

Link Gallery" open in a new window by default?
