[opencms-dev]OpenCms 6.0.4 with Resin Can't work

Hi all
I try to install OpenCms on Resin
Here some problems
Frist I Can't setup , so I read mail-list and I know a way by commenting
some in web.xml .But when I start OpenCms ,some error occured,
Here is the error

The following critical error occured:
Critical error during OpenCms initialization: Unable to read the OpenCms XML
configuration.
Giving up, unable to start OpenCms.

the version of resin is 3.0.18 , OpenCms 6.0.4 , JDK 1.5.

Anyone can help me for that.
