[opencms-dev] Google Earth links

Add the mime-type definition to org.opencms.loader.mimetype.properties
and then update opencms.jar with this new properties file.  Place this
new jar file in your lib directory for opencms and restart tomcat.  That
should do it.

If I make a link to a .kzw file the browser doesn't know how to open it
correctly. The Content-type-header contains "text/html" so it just
displays the file contents. 

How do I get around this?
