I'm running OpenCms in a CPanel environment, using mod_rewrite in Apache for
integration with Tomcat. The Apache access log is written as normal, and
therefore available to CPanel-integrated awstats, analog etc.

I wonder whether there are ways to run webstatistics on a site, at least on
the resources that reside in the VFS. Has anyone done this? Or is the
servlet engine the wrong place and should that be handled outside (in
apache)?
