[opencms-dev] ripping of the path of the currentUri

I'm trying to find the path only of the currentUri. I could do that
with string manipulation but is there a more direct way.?
I tried getFolderPath() but this works only on CmsResource
and I only have CmsJspActionElement cms and cmsobject=cms.GetObject()
available. Or where is the trick here?
