[opencms-dev] bug or feature?

I have been telling users that to edit content in OpenCms, click on
the file name in the workplace, click on the red OpenCms box icon in
the page preview. Make the edit. Click Save and Exit. Close the
preview window. Then look for the red flag in the workplace and select
"Publish directly" on those objects.

I notice that after the edit the workplace is not refreshed, so red
flag does not appear automatically. (If "Edit page" is selected from
the context menu, the workplace *is* refreshed).

Obviously the "Reload" button will fix that but I'm trying to keep my
training material as simple as possible.

Is this a bug or a problem with my configuration / browser.

I am using OpenCms 6.0.4, and this happens with IE and Firefox.
