[opencms-dev] open cms -> ftp plugin

Nice.  This might help us out greatly since some of our designers want to 
use their wysiwyg (Dreamweaver) editor to do the html editing locally and 
hook up via ftp.

I'll give it a whirl in the upcoming month and see how it goes.
