Yes, this mailing list functions as the single OpenCms list for all
groups - it's the newbie/user/developer/spammer list.
The best thing to do is download and install an opencms distribution
from http://www.opencms.org <http://www.opencms.org/> (seems like
tomcat + oracle or mysql works best as a target platform). This
installation includes all of the official documentation for opencms,
which you can then read off of your own local server.
