[opencms-dev] Setup finishes with blank index.jsp page

Which browser?

I observed glitches like this when the browser cache hadn't been emptied
prior to the new installation. Is it a new installation or did you have
contact with your browser to a previous installations? Your problem may
be totally different on the other hand. Do you have 

max_allowed_packet=64M (or greater) in your my.cnf?
