[opencms-dev] Editing a jsp.

Hi,
    
Using openCMS, Can I create an editaple JSP page. (Not
the source code)

That is, Can I have a page that contains html form
fields ( struts based) and the labels are editable
just like any other content.

Bacially my question is:
How do I localize the form labels in sync with the
localized cms content?
