[opencms-dev] resource type id & loader id

Resource type ids are assigned in XML config files opencms-vfs.xml and
opencms-modules.xml (in <opencms home>/WEB-INF/config) - take a look in the
first of these and you'll see what I mean.  Loader ids - not certain without
taking a look, but one of the .xml config files for sure.

i was wondering how the resource type and loader ids are assigned ... 
and how they are used within opencms? what exactly would happen when two
loader's ids collide?
