No there are no error or exception messages at all. I clearlyy see that the
style sheets are not being applied due to opencms/opencms error. there are
many sites describing on how to remove them on tomcat, but no clear
description on getting rid of static export in weblogic

Directly inside the opencms web-app folder, there is a folder called
"resources". That folder and its subfolders is where workplace resources
are published into.
Also, if there were any errors when publishing (see the logs, search for
"Exception" or "Export"), then it's a good idea to post the error
messages - maybe someone can make sense of them...
