[opencms-dev] cms:include not including in newly created file

Just to be anal, can you change the:

><cms:include property="template" element="headBottom" />

to
><cms:include file="/full/path/to/template.jsp" element="headBottom" />

Then you'll know if it's a problem with the template property of your new 
file or not?
