[opencms-dev] Problem installing OpenCMS 6.2.1

When I try to install OpenCMS 6.2.1 on a system with the following:

* Tomcat 5.5.1
* Oracle 9i or 10g
* Java 1.5.x

I get repeated instances of an error similar to the following in the  
install log:

Unique constraint (OPENCMS_UK_BACKUP_PROPERTIES) violated

and when I try to log into OpenCMS after the install, the workspace  
window does not open.  Has anybody run into this?  Installing OpenCMS  
6.2.0 seems to work fine.  Thanks.
