[opencms-dev] 6.2.1 Install is missing images from /resources/tree/

I assume so because it has appropriate permission to create other 
sub-folders and files.  It does create the /tree/ folder, just nothing 
gets put into it.

Good though, though, and thank you for the suggestion.
