[opencms-dev] Need To Give Permission to Resource Folder in Module

My company uses a third-party SEO firm that will need to update metadata and
footer text. Instead of giving them access to the pages. I created include
files for them to modify that will appear on the pages. However, when I try
to setup permissions to the groups, they cannot see the system/module
folders. Pls help!
