Maybe I was jumping to conclusions.  You don't necessarily have a module
which is listening to CmsEvents at all; but if you did, then that might be
the cause of looping.
 
If it works fine in Tomcat but not Weblogic, then I have no idea what's
going on!  In the worst case, it might be a threading issue, but I would
have thought someone else would have the same problem if that were so.

I may sound dumb, but how do i stop that module from listening to others.
infact it works fine on tomcat and this problem occurs only in weblogic
