[opencms-dev] where to read on about taglib keywords?

Certain things in OpenCms resp. in the servlet API are still mysterious
to me and I use them and accept them as they are, but when I wnat to try
to understand what e.g. 

<% page 

means

and what <%page session="false"

(or session="true") means and when one uses the one or the other
I'm clueless and would like to know where I can find these
things explained rather than asking the list everytime.
