Depends on what you mean by low price.

Alkacon offers training (German and English) at a reasonable rate - 
otherwise you could
check

for someone closer to you who might offer what you need.

Typically what is offered is that someone comes to your site and teaches,
so if you could find several people to train at the same time it would
be much cheaper per trainee.
