[opencms-dev] how to do customized property dialog?

Anyone know how to do customized property dialog like "Layout Right" in 
templateone/template/main?
I dont see any documentation about customized property dialog.

I see these in 
template/classes/org/opencms/frontend/templateone/workplace.properties

But I have no idea on the whole mechanism.
