You can only try around to find out, which CSS classes are responsible
for this behavior and then re-define these classes by using an own
stylesheet, as described in my other post.

If you want to find out directly, how changes of the CSS will look then
you should use the excellent Web Developer Extension for Firefox by
Chris Pedrick (http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/). With this
extension there is a "edit CSS" function which allows you to edit the
CSS of a page and see the changes immediately.
When you are happy with your changes then you just take the results over
into the clipboard and copy these changes into your own, modified
stylessheet
