[opencms-dev] getting 6.2.2 working again with mod_proxy redir.

I was so brave to try to upgrade my existing 6.2.1 enviroment to 
MySQL 5.0.22 and OpenCms 6.2.2 yesterday night.

I installed it as tomcat ROOT app and stopped Apache during the installation 
process since I didn't want to mess things up due to the
virtual hosting and URL remapping (getting rid of the opencms prefix).

I ran the setup as localhost:8080/setup and it ran fine. In the end I got
the welcome screen. I then stopped Tomcat again and made the small
changes to opencms-importexport.xml and opencms-system.xml
(was that all?) 

Anyway, I get the login prompt from
http://localhost:8080/opencms/system/login

but when logging in next screen is an OpenCms 404 saying that
/system/login/index.html cannot be found.

Help please.
