[opencms-dev] 403 Error

Hello:
    I am trying to setup a site with Apache, Tomcat and OpenCMS.  I have 
followed the instructions in the OpenCMS documentation to do that. And 
whenever I try to access the URL I get this


  Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.jsp on this server.

If I look at the Apache error log, the error message is this:

[Fri Jul 28 13:43:36 2006] [error] [client 192.168.1.71] client denied 
by server configuration: proxy:http://192.168.1.71:8080/opencms/index.jsp

Does anybody know what's the problem?
