[opencms-dev] Eclipse plugin for OpenCms VFS

OpenCms VFS is an Eclipse plugin used to access the OpenCms virtual file
system (VFS) from Eclipse. It is intended as a tool for OpenCms
development, not content editing.

I released the first version 0.0.1 today.
