The only tool for this that I know of is the database export tool.
Probably the UUID of a user will be used, if you specify user-related
permissions. But if user-Ids and files are exported and imported
together (which the database tool does) I do not know if that would
create problems. I don't know if the UUID of the Admin user and the
default usergroups is identical on all systems or if it is created when
the system is installed. If these IDs are identical on all systems, then
I don't think that there could be trouble in this area.
Apart from this I do not know where UUIDs could create trouble. Their
only point is to generate unique keys. After a key is generated, it does
not matter anymore, if the key-generation used the MAC address of your
computer or of another one. The only question would be if that key is
used in tables that you cannot export/import.
As already mentioned I can only think of the user and the groups table
here, but you could easily try if this leads to trouble or not.
