[opencms-dev] opencms login problem

hi list


i have installed opencms completely and when i installed it first time it
worked well and logined well.after that i reastarted tomcat and again try to
login opencms the following error occurs

from fulfilling this request.*

initialization: Unable to initialize the user driver.
