[opencms-dev] Upgrade failed 6.0.4->6.2.2 upgrade

Did you try exporting the projects from 6.0.4 and then doing a fresh
reinstall of 6.2.2 and then re-import the projects.  I prefer going
that route -- a little more work but more peace of mind.
