[opencms-dev] how to change the title <title></title> of workplace?

I wanna change the web browser title of login page and workplace.
I found this

<title><%= wp.key(org.opencms.workplace.Messages.GUI_LABEL_WPTITLE_2, 
new Object[]{wp.getSettings().getUser().getName(), 
request.getServerName()}) %></title>

and this

GUI_LOGIN_TITLE_0

any idea?
where to edit the value?
