[opencms-dev] (6.2.2 after upgrade from 6b3) Titles don't show spanish characters right

Is there a fix for this?

Titles as listed in the Title column of the Explorer Workplace view  
appear URL encoded. Specifically there is a "percent sign 20"s  
wherever there is a space in the title. This problem only appears in  
that view; Every other view works fine: exported, edited previews,  
offline and online, etc.
