[opencms-dev] Making OpenCMS ROOT Web App

You can just rename your opencms folder to ROOT
and check the settings in opencms-system.xml and opencms-workplace.xml
That's all that comes to my mind - I don't think that more should be necessary. It was unproblematic when I did this.
