[opencms-dev] OpenCms execution

Is your file published to the "Online" resource? If not, you can not
access files on a new browser session if the file is in the "offline"
project only. Check the color of your file:
blue: new created, only available in offline project
red: file available in online and offline, but files are different
black: file available in online and offline, both files the same
black and stroke: file delete in offline, but still exists in online
