[opencms-dev] Error 500 in 6.0.4 with locale

Strangely I'm getting an error 500 on a page. When I view at the
page in the workplace it tells me

javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Unable to determine display locale for
XML page
"/sites/mysite/page.htm".
Request locale is "en"
Page locales:[de].
Default locales for this page:[en].



What's going wrong?
