[opencms-dev] Insallation problem in open cms

Hai,
I want to use cms in my project.
Can we use struts, hibernate in opencms
   I downloaded the opencms 6.1 zip file. I put opencms.war file into tomcat webapps folder and then i started tomcat.
then i wrote the http://localhost:8080/opencms/setup .But 
I got an error message opencms is not available here.How to solve this problem
Please its veru urgent
