[opencms-dev] Help with cms tags: cms:decorate cms:include and cms:contentload

Hi list,
I haven't found any documentation about the tag cms:decorate but the
tld. What is the function of this tag? Does anybody use this tag?

Another issue, What is the function of the attribute preload inside the
tag cms:contentload?
