[opencms-dev] [URGENT] how to setup email sending

Hi OpenCms Dev, 

I'd like to know how to setup the email sending settings for OpenCms. 

I've followed a message in opencms-dev and edited the opencms-system.xml (as enclosed). However, I still cannot have the message being received when a task is Accepted or Completed.  Please advise.
