[opencms-dev] SV: setContents() and writeFile() not enough to save?

It's good so far, the main functionality works. I've downloaded Webdrive (
http://www.webdrive.com www.webdrive.com ) and used it to map my OpenCms
files to a Windows drive letter, so right now I can navigate through the
files, as well as edit and save them.

However right now there is no authentication, no concept of a session, and
no locking capabilities, which kind of makes it useless since it's so easy
to blow away someone's changes. Those are next on my list. I'm struggling
with how to handle the concept of projects and file creation since I'm not a
Windows programmer and I'm not about to start prompting people for details.
If anyone has any ideas on that, bounce them off of me.

I will definitely contribute it if I can get it to a point where I'm
confident in it. Then I'll have to untangle it from the core :)
