[opencms-dev] 6.2.2 installation error logs

The message is displayed because you probably haven't yet started the 
web based setup of OpenCms. This is normal.
After you finish the setup it will disabled the setup wizard and the 
message will go away.

If you already ran the setup check the file 
WEB-INF/config/opencms.properties. It contains the property 
wizard.enabled at the end.
