[opencms-dev] OpenCms is not properly initialized!

Hi, tried to install opencms on SUSE 10.1 with:

Apache Tomcat/5.0
JVM Version 1.4.2

this causes the following problems:

26 Nov 2006 07:18:45,228 ERROR [pache.jasper.compiler.Compiler: 434] Error
compiling file:
/srv/www/tomcat5/base/work/Catalina/localhost/opencms//org/apache/jsp/setup/index_jsp.java
javac] Compiling 1 source file

from the opencms logfile.

and in my browser:

HTTP Status 500
OpenCms is not properly initialized!
Please make sure that the OpenCms setup wizard has been run once and is
disabled now.

I saw this problem in the list. but I can't find a solution that works. Can
anyone help me please?
