[opencms-dev] Module with new structured content type

Hi all
If i want to create a new structured content type i have to register it in
opencms-modules.xml. How to do this is very clear to me.
But how do I have to set up a new Module, that new structred content types
get registeres in the opencms-modules.xml for that module at install?
Please help me
