[opencms-dev] How to speed up development ? (1) sync, 2) reload context, 3) login)

Uploading Java classes, publishing them, reloading context, waiting, then
logging back into the Workplace are all adding time to development

1) synchronization

At http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/support/features.html under
'Synchronization Settings', I am led to believe that the sync works both
ways (from vfs to rfs, and from rfs to vfs). When I try it, it is only a
one-way sync from vfs to rfs. I'm most interested in rfs to vfs. What am I
doing wrong ?
